Inheriting his father's know-how and drawing on 25 years of experience, producer Aldemar Osorio (member of the "Productores del Futuro" excellence program) cultivates this magnificent batch of the prestigious Geisha variety on his six-hectare family farm where avocados and plantain bananas also flourish. This washed-process coffee offers an unforgettable sensory experience. It reveals a cup of great elegance, opening with floral notes of jasmine that intertwine with the fruity sweetness of peach and mango, underscored by a gourmand touch of orange candy, before concluding with a delicately lemony and herbaceous finish of cardamom.
