What BeanHoard Does

BeanHoard aggregates specialty coffee listings from roasters around the world. Accounts can save feed preferences and receive faster visibility for selected new listings. We also operate a free Discord channel for community listing alerts.

BeanHoard does not sell the listed products. Purchases take place on the roaster's website and are governed by that roaster's terms.

Service Availability

• The service is provided on a best-effort basis.
• We do not guarantee uptime, notification speed, listing completeness, or accuracy.
• Roaster websites may be temporarily unavailable or change without notice.
• We may add, remove, suppress, or update roasters and listings at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not use automated access that places unreasonable load on BeanHoard.
• Verify product details, availability, price, shipping, and taxes with the roaster before purchasing.
• Keep access to your linked sign-in provider secure.

Accounts and Termination

You may request account deletion through the account page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or interfere with other users.

No Warranty

BeanHoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Listing information is sourced from third-party roaster websites and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

BeanHoard is not responsible for:

• Missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate listings or alerts
• Discord, hosting-provider, network, or roaster-site outages
• Product availability, fulfillment, returns, or disputes with a roaster
• Decisions made based on BeanHoard data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeanHoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
