Welcome to BeanHoard! By using our service, you agree to these terms.
What BeanHoard Does
BeanHoard aggregates specialty coffee listings from roasters across North America, Europe, and beyond. We offer optional paid Discord notifications when new coffees are found from any of those roasters.
Subscription Service
What You Get
- Discord direct messages when new coffees are added to BeanHoard
- Filters by region, and roaster
- Immediate notifications as new listings are discovered
Billing
- Monthly subscription billed automatically via Stripe
- Billing occurs on the same day each month
- Price displayed at checkout (currently one tier available)
- Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment
Discord Requirement
You must join the BeanHoard Discord server to receive notifications. This is a Discord platform requirement — our bot can only send direct messages to users who share a server with it.
If you leave the Discord server, notifications will stop (but your subscription remains active until canceled).
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime through the "Manage Subscription" button on the Notifications page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- You keep access until the end of your paid period
Service Availability
Best Effort
- We run discovery about every 10 minutes and send notifications as soon as new coffees data is available
- No guarantees on uptime, notification speed, or completeness
- Some roasters may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues
- We may add or remove roasters at any time
No Warranty
BeanHoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate Discord account information
- Join and remain in the BeanHoard Discord server to continue receiving notifications
- Don't abuse the service (spam reports, fraudulent chargebacks, etc.)
- Don't automate access to BeanHoard beyond normal use
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse the service or harass other users
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity
You may delete your account at any time through the Notifications page. This cancels your subscription and deletes your stored data.
Limitation of Liability
BeanHoard is not responsible for:
- Missed notifications due to Discord outages or delivery issues
- Inaccurate product information from roaster websites / currency conversion errors
- Your inability to purchase a coffee after receiving a notification
- Any decisions you make based on BeanHoard data
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes via Discord or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
