Bright, playful, and confectionary from the first wet aroma: Fruity Pebbles, florals, confectionary sugar, lemon-lime, and an exotic lively twist. Hot — true to aroma, fruity and effervescent with excellent linger. Cooled — transforms into refreshing ginger beer with lime and a pleasant tingle. Our cupping notes: Wet aroma lively with bright tropicals — white grape, kiwi, pineapple, lychee, and clean coffee-blossom florals. Hot — lemon zest, white grape, kiwi, and easy clean flavor. Cooled — honeyed sweetness emerges, more peach appears, with a crisp limeness in the finish. Intense wet aroma of lemon-lime-ginger, grapefruit. Hot — tangy tropicals like a melted sucker, lychee, lively citrus kick, ultra-complex and wild yet clean. Cooled — ginger-forward with a slight sour/puckering finish. This coffee was surprising good very early. Feel free to dip in early on this one.
