Josh’s Notes:Basil and ripe cherry tomatoes on bag open, and even more so on grind. Smells like a caprese salad (in the best way possible). There’s a wonderfully deep and vibrant aroma of more cherry tomatoes and tomato leaf on wet. In the brew, that tomato note gives way to plum and dragon fruit acidity.
