Description
Prodigal rarely buys the tabi variety, but this one captivated us on the cupping table. Tabi Andino is a lovely coffee, with perky grapefruit and a nuanced cherry & caramel flavor we loved. We're also roasting this one for espresso! This simply processed Tabi was grown on the farm "El Porvenir", The Future, helmed by brothers Argemiro and Darwin Bustos. They've transitioned the farm to be certified organic and are driving improvements everywhere they can. This lot was harvest at peak ripeness, fermented for just 24 hours, and fully washed. It then dried slowly over 19-24 days.
