This year’s mix: 45% Shibru Dubé from Ethiopia, 45% Disnel Ramirez from Honduras, and 10% Women’s Lot – Wadi Mahyad from Yemen. (Psst: you can see each coffee's transparency reports on their respective pages!) Together they bring spiced rum glow, cranberry jam and cooked pear sweetness, maple butter richness, and a subtle finish of roasted chestnuts and honey-buttered almonds to bring us those cozy vibes we all crave in December. This coffee is balanced, versatile, and to be enjoyed either as espresso or filter! PURPOSE OVER PROFITS: As always, this limited-edition blend supports causes that matter so you sip on something that does good, too. For every bag sold, we’ll donate to True North Aid - supporting northern Indigenous communities - and to the Native Women’s Shelter of Montréal - providing safety and resources for women in need.
