The natural anaerobic fermentation of this lot brings remarkable aromatic depth without masking the terroir's identity. In the cup, the opening is airy. The poppy evokes a floral sweetness, joined by a juicy blueberry, and then the orange illuminates the whole with a lively freshness, leaving a long and elegant finish. Each cup will evolve as it cools, revealing new facets with a precision that is the hallmark of great Ethiopian Gesha.
