Description

We have purchased from Juan Peña of La Papaya for many years now and we continue to be blown away by these coffees. La Papaya has been used in many competitions including taking 1st place in the US Barista competition a few years ago. Hacienda La Papaya is located in the Loja region of Ecuador. Juan's family has cultivated this farm for many years.  Region:  San Lorenzo, Saraguro, Loja, Ecuador Variety: Typica Mejorado Altitude:  Up to 2100 MASL Process: Washed  We Taste:  Apricot / Lemon Bar / Miso Caramel
