Our El Salvador Las Mercedes El Rubi Honey is grown on the La Avila lot and offers a floral honey, pomegranate and finishes with hibiscus. With a lingering sweet aftertaste and a bright, juicy mouthfeel, this Honey Processed coffee is a memorable cup that will get your day going. El Rubi is a lot from La Avila mostly consisting of Bourbon and SL28 varietals. This lot has a special terrain because it has a lot of red soil (clay) and is under the shade, making this a special micro-climate that gives coffee that amazing and special sweet flavor.
