The Geisha trees on the ISLA plot grow slowly beneath the estate’s ancient Cenizos trees, producing a full juiciness, elegant floral aromas, and a three-dimensional structure. What impressed us most about this washed Geisha GW320 is its velvety texture—on the palate it carries a substantial, heavy weight on the tongue, reminiscent of drinking a glass of pulpy orange juice or peach juice. Another defining characteristic is its absolute sweetness: the high level of sweetness shifts its floral notes toward a sweeter, creamier magnolia, with a lingering and prolonged sweet aftertaste.
