Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Bergamot, Silky. Bekele Kechara cultivated this single-farmer 74112 and 74110 lot in the village of Murago in Sidama. Meticulous natural processing on raised beds at 2,200 meters enhances the whole cherry sweetness, producing a silky texture and expressive notes of blueberry, bergamot, and chocolate ganache.
