A Cup of Excellence winning coffee from our friends at Fazenda das Almas in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This coffee was inoculated with Saccharomyces cerevisiae and sealed in tanks for 140hrs before drying. The result is high-impact winey, creamy, fruity profile.
