Josh’s Notes:Sweet like lemon cake! On ground, an interesting blend of herbs and spices hit the nose. On wet, a big fat syrupy jasmine note. In the brew it’s more of the same; thick cup of white flower tea with a slice of not-too-sweet lemon cake on the side. Their meticulous processing is evident in every aspect of the coffee.”Roasted somewhere between light/medium and spectacularly by our friends at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 7 days, then vacuum packed and frozen.
