This coffee was sourced and purchased through Fabricio at Hacienda La Florida. This is a very light Loring S15 roast of a relatively simple clean washed coffee. We'd call this a nice daily drinking coffee. Tasting notes: We taste mostly citrus, balanced with some sweetness. Because of the very light roast, we also keep some herbal and floral notes that would otherwise be lost by the roasting, which is something we love about roasting this light.
