Description
Tasting notes: This Java is definitely a more acidity forward coffee, with generic stonefruit and citrus acidity. Often, we find that Ecuadorean coffees can come with herbal or grainy notes if not roasted perfectly. On the cupping table when selecting this coffee, we liked that it was a more simple profile without nearly any off notes. To us, this coffee is not going to blow your socks off, but it is a less commonly seen varietal that's a nice daily drinking coffee.
