This is the same Hacienda La Florida Anaerobic Washed Sidra originally available on the February subscription, but roasted on the Loring S15 rather than the Roest L200 Ultra. Tasting notes: Starts off with a moderate amount of acidity, then some herbal notes that read very "sidra", and leaves a mild aftertaste of prune.
