La Cabra - Luna

Description

Tasting notes: Fresh fruit, peach, jasmine and citrus Luna is La Cabra's brighter year-round profile, built for aromatic fruit, clarity and lively acidity while retaining deep sweetness and structure. This historical release combines washed coffees from Ethiopia and Guatemala. Its stone-fruit sweetness, jasmine aromatics and citrus lift make it equally suited to filter or espresso. La Cabra rotates the component lots as harvests change while maintaining the Luna flavour profile. Producer: Various producers.
