Tasting notes:  Dried Fruits, Green Apple, Fudge El Ingenio is a smooth washed coffee from the Urrutia family’s estate in El Salvador’s Apaneca Ilamatepec region, grown at 1,200–1,600 metres. A blend of Bourbon, Pacas, and San Pacho varieties, it delivers a rich and balanced espresso with notes of dried fruit, green apple, and fudge. Careful cherry selection and a controlled fermentation process help create a rounded body, sweet fruit character, and a clean finish. Its combination of rich sweetness and gentle acidity makes it a versatile espresso for both straight shots and milk-based drinks.
