Grown at 2,100 metres, the lot is processed using an anaerobic washed method, with coffees fermented in water to create a clean and expressive profile without excessive funk. The cup combines sweet raspberry and strawberry notes with bright lemon-lime citrus and a candied pear character. Its light body, sparkling acidity, and juicy fruit-forward finish make Las Perlitas an energetic and refreshing expression of high-altitude Colombian coffee.
