Tasting notes: Floral, Stone Fruits, Lemon Tea Nensebo Refisa is an elegant washed Ethiopian coffee from Oromia, grown at 1,900–2,070 metres and produced from Wolisho and Dega varieties. Sourced from various farms in the Nensebo woreda, the coffee is carefully washed, fermented for 72 hours, and dried on raised beds for 9–11 days. The cup is floral and tea-like, with intense black tea character alongside juicy peach and plum notes. Delicate lemon tea-like citrus adds brightness, while its light body and clean finish make this a refined expression of Nensebo coffee.
