Sao Silvestre is a multi COE winning coffee farm based in Minas Cerrado, Brazil. We are excited to offer our customers Sao Silvestre Natural. Roasted on our new roasting system, the Rubasse, we are able to better develop and present this coffee’s flavor range much more to our preferences. Expect flavors of milk chocolate, walnut, sweet cream, and citrus in the cup. The milk chocolate note here is one of the standouts for this coffee. It’s sweet, smooth, and creamy! We intentionally roast our coffees such that they will not exhibit any smokey or overly caramelized flavors. We are roasting this coffee medium light and it will be suitable for both filter coffee and espresso. By popular demand, this coffee is now available in 200g, 500g, and 1kg bags!
