We're fresh out the lab with our newest creation, a true breakthrough in blending technology. Combining the florality and complexity of a white honey with the juicyness of a red honey creates our newly patented Pink Honey. In the cup you can expect to find crisp citrus-like acidity, with a beautiful compliment of floral high notes. We choose to roast this coffee on the very light side, so you can expect tea-like body, a silky mouthfeel, and razor sharp clarity of tasting notes. We think this coffee works best on manual pour-over, or as a "soup shot" on espresso. We recommend a resting time of 4+ weeks from roast date.
