TANAT Coffee is located in Paris, France From TANAT SCORE 89 At the heart of the Elto Coffee project, fermentation plays a key role in expressing the terroir. For our RF8 Natural batch, the cherries ferment naturally in airtight bags submerged in a river, before a slow drying process that preserves the aromatic richness developed during the process. In the cup, the coffee offers a sensation of sweetness. The cherry brings a bright, fruity sweetness; quickly followed by the dried rose, the cup takes on a delicate, fragrant, floral dimension. Finally, the bubblegum extends the sweetness into a gourmand, almost confectionery-like experience. A vibrant, surprising, and balanced coffee.
