Roasted August 14, 2026 For the past eight years, we've had the privilege of working with the legendary Mariana Iturralde and her team at Finca Takesi (Agro Takesi), building a relationship centred around quality, innovation, and a shared passion for extraordinary coffee. Their dedication has made Takesi one of the world's most respected coffee farms, and we're honoured to be the only Canadian roaster, and one of just six worldwide, trusted to share these remarkable coffees. Producing at the highest coffee farm in the world is an incredible undertaking. The combination of steep mountain slopes, cool alpine temperatures, and a long growing season creates extraordinary coffees, but it also demands extraordinary care. Every harvest is the result of years of experience, continual experimentation, and an unwavering commitment to quality from Mariana and her team. Peaberries occur naturally in only a small percentage of coffee cherries, making this an exceptionally rare expression of an already extraordinary gesha variety. With the elements of a gesha’s celebrated floral notes and sweetness, this coffee brews a refined and memorable cup.
