Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Orange Cream, Raspberry, Vanilla, Plum. Sebastian Ramirez produced this Caturra lot at El Placer. A complex double anaerobic fermentation with red wine yeast and dehydrated strawberries combines with sugarcane EA decaffeination, yielding a sweet cup loaded with strawberry notes.
