Description
Tasting Notes: Tangerine, Yellow Stone Fruit, Kiwi, Gooseberry, Grape, Vanilla. Kibugu Farmers Cooperative Society processed this peaberry lot at the Gikirima Factory in Embu. Traditional washed processing at 1,800 meters highlights brilliant acidity and clean structure, resulting in a vibrant cup with notes of tangerine, yellow stone fruit, kiwi, gooseberry, grape, and vanilla.
