Tasting Notes: Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Fresh Red Berries. Several smallholders grew this Bourbon-related K7 lot for the Kapsokisio wet mill on Mount Elgon. A pristine washed process highlights the cultivar’s clean floral sugars, yielding a cup rich with notes of rose hips, hibiscus, and red berries.
