Harvest Season 2025 This is our first coffee from producer Rubiela Velásquez, and we are pleased to introduce a Castillo from her farm. This coffee has a deep fruit character complemented by a pronounced sweetness and rich body, creating a smooth and rounded cup. The acidity itself is gentle, while fruity notes of papaya, grape, and subtle apple blend with a pronounced sweetness reminiscent of white sugar, resulting in a mellow and harmonious flavor. A subtle herbal-like flavor lingers in the cup, giving it a distinctive character that is quite different from the Colombian coffees we have released before. Its warm and comforting character makes it a perfect choice for this time of year as the weather begins to cool.
