If you have been around coffee for a while, the name El Diviso and / or Lasso have most likely been tossed around in conversation while enjoying a truly beautiful and spectacular cup. This is because the coffees that Nestor and his brother, Adrian, are producing are some of the best. The fame, popularity and amount of awards these two have been blessed with is a testament to their amazing coffees. The particular lot we purchased from El Diviso, the name of the farm that Nestor and Adrian Lasso own and manage, was a washed pink bourbon variety. This offering is hands down the cleanest, sweetest and more robust offering we have ever had. While we do carry loud coffees from time to time, this offering is truly breath taking and one that I think everyone should try to buy if they have the chance.
