By combining a structured, buttery washed lot from Guatemala with a vibrant, floral natural from Ethiopia, we are able to highlight the best of both regions. The result is a cup that strikes an incredible balance between comforting, classic sweetness and complex, fruity vibrancy. It tastes like a liquid version of a pastry shop delicacy: pure white chocolate and yogurt-covered berries. If you are curious about the bright, fruit-forward notes of lighter roasts but still want a well-rounded, balanced all-day drinker, White Velvet is designed for you. It gently introduces those exciting, unfamiliar flavours and crisp origin characteristics without the overwhelming acidity or "funk" that can sometimes feel too challenging. The Randolfo Pacheco (70%) anchors the cup, providing a sweet, comforting foundation of white chocolate, buttery baked goods, and rich macadamia nuts. The Mengeshe Gumi (30%) layer provides the lift, bringing forward delicate florals and the sweet-and-tart pop of yogurt-covered berries.
