Our second offering from our new partners, LaREB in Colombia!This Washed Fragancia is a very light, soft and elegant cup, with dragonfruit, starfruit, and hints of fresh basil in the finish. Pushing your extraction can bring out more of a stonefruit tone with hints of citrus in the finish like candied tangerine peel. Personally, I pick up a few Mejorado notes in this one. This is a stellar megalight roast.Will it Spro? Fully Washed Process, Overripe picking, 48 hr in-husk resting, 48 hr closed dry mass fermentation, Greenhouse drying for 15 days, 1720 masl.Sold in 300g bags.Brewmaster J's Notes and TipsS&W Camacho Fragancia Washed Colombia I got a VERY Mejorado-like cup of brown sugar, graham cracker, and apple.  There is definitely an herbal component to this that will jump out of the cup at higher temps, so I highly recommend keeping them on the low end.  This cup reminds me of a lighter version of a very popular Norwegian roaster’s “sweet and round” profile.  As far as brewing goes, it’s quite consistent and predictable.  Push it and the herbality comes out. Back off and it’s sweet and round.  If you like ultra light, delicate cups this will deliver.  Grind 5.0 ZP6Temp 89CBrewer V60-01Recipe 4 pour 15g/250g recipe 50/80/70/50 with a 30s bloom.
