Our third offering from our new partners, LaREB in Colombia!This Natural Rosado brings light bodied mixed fruits and florals to the cup, which are well balanced but hard to differentiate. I'd put it in the blackberry, blueberry, huckleberry, lavender, honeysuckle realm. This is an incredibly light roast.Will it Spro? This one behaved like a pretty normal, though quite light natural.  Brew times were shorter in the sub-2:30 range, but cups reacted to brew changes quite consistently.  Increase temp and agitation to pull more intensity but more funk, reduce for more delicate cups.  I preferred the more delicate side of this one opting for the V60 and direct pours.   Grind 5.0 ZP6Temp 91CBrewer V60-01Recipe 4 pour 15g/250g recipe 50/80/70/50 with a 30s bloom. Slight swirls at pours 2/3, 7g/s
