The unique microclimate where the coffee grows high in nutrient-rich soil creates optimal conditions for very high-quality coffee. For the second year in a row we have received coffee from Gerba Dogo, and once again we can offer two coffee lots - one washed and one natural. Check out Gerba Dogo Natural here. With proud traditions and deep roots in the rich coffee history of the Guji region, the Gerba Dogo washing station is a pioneer in Ethiopian coffee production. The coffee is grown in a unique microclimate, high in the mountains, where the lush and nutrient-rich soil provides perfect growing conditions. The combination of altitude, temperature variations and mineral-rich soil creates a complex and balanced flavor profile that characterizes coffee from this region. The result is a cup of coffee with distinct character, floral notes and a clean, lively acidity.
