Grown at elevations of up to 1,800 meters above sea level, this washed coffee showcases the clarity and character of the region. Roasted for filter brewing, Viani presents a clean and expressive cup with vibrant acidity and layered sweetness. Notes of cocoa, stone fruit, and grape are highlighted with greater clarity, creating a balanced and approachable coffee with a refined, fruit-forward finish. This filter roast offers excellent complexity and versatility, making it a rewarding choice for pour-over, batch brew, and other filter brewing methods.
