Tasting notes:  Blackcurrant, Rosehip, Clementine, Aronia, Caramel, Red Apple Kaffeelix Githiga PB is a washed peaberry coffee sourced from the Githiga Wet Mill in Kangema, Murang'a County, Kenya, at 1,700 MASL. One of two processing facilities operated by the Kanyenaini Farmers Cooperative Society — established in 1953 with 980 member farmers — the Githiga mill is known for its meticulous double washing process using clean water from the Githiga stream.
