Tasting notes:  Violet, Lychee, Dragon Fruit El Paseo is an expressive anaerobic washed Caturra from Huver Castillo’s farm in Nariño, Colombia, grown at 1,800 metres. Fully ripe cherries undergo a 36-hour pre-fermentation before six days of controlled anaerobic fermentation, with leachates and specific enzymes added to enhance its floral character. The coffee is then gently mechanically dried and stabilized for 15 days. In the cup, expect vibrant notes of violet, lychee, and dragon fruit, balanced by a smooth mouthfeel. Available for both espresso and filter, El Paseo offers a distinctive and fruit-forward Colombian profile.
