region: Guacacallo varietal: WushWush process:Natural altitude:1800masl Jon Jader’s Wush Wush grows on a steep slope of 1800 MASL. In previous years, he has blended his Wush Wush with other microlots because he has only a small number of the trees. This year, he separated the variety and dried it as a natural process. The cup shows clean, sweet, caramelised cherry and berry fruit.
