Located on the Island of Hawaiʻi, the Kona Coffee belt is an area approximately 26 miles in length and 3 miles wide, mostly between 700 feet and 2,400 feet of elevation. Kona is a geographical term, with a wide array of coffee tree varietals being grown in the area. Only coffee grown in the Kona District can be labeled Kona Coffee.
