Origin: Aguacatillo Lot, Lamastus Family Estates, Chiriqui, Panama Elevation: 2050 masl Variety: Gesha Process: Dark Room Dried Natural This Natural-processed Geisha comes from the same pristine Aguacatillo plot as PA2100—an 8-hectare, largely untouched forest inside Barú Volcano National Park. Grown at 2,050 masl and dried in our Dark Room Dryer (DRD), this lot bursts with tropical fruit, deep florals, and syrupy sweetness—shaped by extreme elevation and wild mountain conditions. Dongze's notes: This is one of the cleanest natural processed coffee I've had this year. There's little to zero funk, and 100% fruit-like juiciness in the cup. Think of the sweetness and juiciness of Rainier cherries you get around June/July. Once it cools down the complexity explodes in the cup. Definitely quite something and very different from the other Lamastus coffees I had roasted before.
