We knew immediately that we had to get this wonderfully fruit-forward coffee from Wilder Lazo as soon as we cupped it. This coffee has exceptional sweetness and makes a delicious pour over and very fruity and sweet espresso. The bourbon ají varietal is becoming more and more popular in Colombia, and we are excited to share this one with you. It is a natural process coffee but not a really funky one, so it bridges the gap nicely between our funkier naturals like the Jorge Rojas natural geisha and the Jairo Arcila natural chiroso, and the more delicate washed coffees like the Bella Alejandria geisha also from Wilder Lazo.
