In celebration of Riot Fest, DMC is thrilled to partner up with punk rock legends Bad Religion on a brew that is truly best for you.   the base of this blend, we are using a washed coffee from Mexico, with a Bourbon natural from Santa Petrona as a light highlight component. The past January, we visited Finca Nuevo Mexico, a family-owned and operated farm run by two brothers who inherited the land and mill from their father and are 4th-generation coffee producers. The land has a 75-hectare coffee farm with an additional 320 hectares of natural reserves where existing jungle, exotic birds, and other wildlife thrive. The family has a focus on making their farm both efficient and sustainable, recognizing that changes in climate, culture, and the workforce greatly impact the industry, and has made the decision to grow Sarchimors and Catimors, with their high yield, disease resistance, and quality cup profile.
