This blend marries two distinct terroirs and processing styles: a fully washed Heirloom lot from the Aleta Wondo station in Sidamo, Ethiopia, and a honey-processed Catuai from the family-run Macho farm in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. The combination is expertly crafted to deliver a sweet and creamy profile that avoids sharp edges. The result is a comforting cup with a heavy, creamy body, featuring deep honey and chocolate sweetness lifted by the delicate, fruity nuance of dried apricots.
