You'll discover notes of smooth milk chocolate, rich berries, and sweet fruit that together create a fine balance in flavour and experience. This washed, organic coffee is sophisticated and a real pleasure to drink. ROAST PROFILE We roast this coffee lightly and with a short profile to truly highlight its freshness and sweetness. The balance between sweetness and acidity must be just right since the flavour profile is so clean and elegant! ORIGIN Sweet Serenity is currently a blend of two different origins. We combine coffee from Abder Keder in Ethiopia, who operates the Shakiso washing station in Guji, and the Croce Family in Brazil, owners of the Fazienda Ambiental Fortaleza estate.
