Tasting Notes: Dark Plum, Grape Cordial, Cacao. Around 400 smallholder farmers deliver ripe SL14 and SL28 cherries to the Bulambuli washing station high in Uganda. Careful natural processing under the sun at 2,300 meters produces a sweet, rich texture with deep fruit intensity, highlighting notes of dark plum, grape cordial, and cacao.
