Description
Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, Hibiscus, Bright. Smallholder farmers delivered SL28 and SL34 cherries to the Gatomboya Factory in Nyeri. A traditional washed process featuring a long soak and slow drying on raised beds at 1,800 meters highlights vibrant Kenyan acidity, yielding a clean cup with bright notes of blackcurrant, cherry, hibiscus, and black tea.
