Description
Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, Rhubarb, Syrupy. Rosebella Langat and local female smallholders produced this lot at Chepsangor Hills Estate in Nandi Hills, Kenya. Utilizing a bespoke 48-hour dry-fermentation during the washed process heightens structural complexity and acidity, creating a syrupy cup with vibrant notes of blackcurrant and rhubarb.
