Tasting Notes: Cocoa Beans, Dark Chocolate, Peaches. The Coffee Gardens Project collaborated with local farmers on Mt Elgon to produce this lot featuring Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28 varieties up to 2,200 meters elevation. A washed process with cherry fermentation brings out a sweet, structured profile, highlighting rich notes of cocoa beans, dark chocolate, and peaches.
