Tasting Notes: Mandarin, Mango, Strawberry Candy. Danche Washing Station produced this Heirloom lot in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia at an altitude of 2,200 meters. Natural processing allows the sweet fruit sugars to absorb deeply into the seed, producing an extraordinarily clean yet expressive cup with bright notes of mandarin, mango, and strawberry candy.
