About This Coffee Flavors: Caramel, cherry, chocolate Sourced from: El Cielo, Mexico Elevation grown: 1150 Meters Producers: Doña Duglas Varietals: Marsella, Obata Harvested: 2025/26 Process: Washed Our second consecutive year buying this coffee, and hopefully the beginnings of a long relationship. Doña Duglas is a producer from the highlands of Villa Corzo and has been farming coffee since 2016. She takes pride in picking only the ripest cherries, and does this part herself. The cherries undergo a 24-36 hour fermentation, followed by being washed thoroughly and sun dried on raised beds while being meticulously turned throughout. This combined with a slightly more developed profile than our single origins leaves us with a heavy bodied and very sweet cup of coffee that pairs well with milk and cream.
