Grown with care, carefully selected – and made to lift your day. Woke up in a bad mood? One cup, and it’s gone like the wind. ROAST PROFILE We slightly increase the temperature here. The beans in Delicious Days grow at high altitudes and need plenty of energy in the roaster – to build body while preserving acidity. We start with an aggressive profile and keep the maillard phase short, instead allowing more time for flavour development later on. ORIGIN The contents of the bag rotate with the harvest seasons – but the flavour profile stays the same. Right now, you’ll find a washed coffee from our dear friends, the Menendez family in El Salvador.
